Rentpiano Inc. Service Warranty

At Rentpiano.ca we offer our customers peace of mind with our 5 year limited service warranty for our restoration and repair packages. This warranty covers any defective material or workmanship.

Warranty Limitations:

- To maintain the service warranty, the piano must be serviced at least once per year by Rentpiano Inc.

- Tuning stability is not covered by the Rentpiano warranty. Since piano tuning stability is affected by a huge number of factors, including temperature, humidity and age of the piano, we are not able to warranty this aspect of our service.

- Damage to the piano due to customer negligence is not covered by the Rentpiano service warranty.

- Any services required due to wear and tear on the instrument are not covered by the Rentpiano warranty.
